Follow this order and the product becomes much easier to operate live.

Step 01

Connect Phantom

Use the Connect Phantom button at the top. If you press Create squad first, the app will prompt you automatically.

Create a squad

Name your team in the New squad card and create it. You only need one squad for the demo.

Step 03

Create the treasury

In the Treasury section, click Create treasury after selecting your squad.

Step 04

Invite 2 more wallets

Invite two teammates so large requests can be approved by distinct non-requesters.

Step 05

Link chat channels

Issue XMTP and Telegram link codes in Members and channels, then complete /link from chat.

Step 06

Run the demo flow

Request one x402 spend and one payout, approve them from web or chat, then show the audit timeline.
